6. PASSPOD SERVICES

6.1 Passpod provides an integrated online system and facility (“Service”). You can search for the information of products you want (“Product”) which is Modem Wifi, Attractions (Attractions, Tour, Activities) and Event tickets, then make a booking, purchase, and simultaneously make online and secure payment through our available payment system and facility.

6.2 Changes in the market conditions or circumstances that occur may cause changes in a short period of time, so the information provided is inaccurate or not applicable. If you have problems, please contact Customer Service and they will help you.

6.3 Passpod provide online services 24 hours per day and 7 days per week; except if there is improvement, upgrade, or maintenance on our Website.

6.4 Passpod cooperate with third party (“Vendor”) that provides products modem wifi and attractions (attractions, tour, and activity). You hereby understand and acknowledge that:

1. The order and purchase that you make through Passpod is a legal and contractual relationship between you and Vendor Passpod. In this case, Passpod acts as an agent or intermediary in charge of facilitating transactions between you and Vendor Passpod.
2. Data and information related to a particular Product is data and information from Vendor Passpod. We do not have control of data and information provided by the Vendor, and we do not guarantee that data and information are accurate, complete, or correct, and error free.

6.5 We have the rights to cancel your booking if you make the booking for speculation purpose, not correct or breaking the law.

6.6 You also guarantee that data and information you provide, either in connection with booking or registration on Passpod, is the accurate data and information, up to date, and complete. For the policy of the usage of data and information you provide, please refer to Data Usage Policy.

6.7 Ordering/Purchasing a Product is considered successful or completed after you make payment settlement and Passpod published and send Confirmation Letter / Purchase to your email. If there is dispute or problem, the data contained in Passpod will become the main reference and considered valid.

6.8 Passpod has the right to change the price of products anytime without prior notice, but the price will not change if the product has been purchased or on other words you have receive the Confirmation Letter from Passpod.

7. PAYMENT

7.1 We accept credit card payments (VISA, Master Card), account transfer, and bank transfer to Passpod account which listed on the Website.

7.2 To protect and encrypt your credit card information, we use “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology facility.

7.3 If there are some credit card fraud case or abuse of payment system by any third party, that case shall be immediately reported to us and the company / bank of your credit card issuer, to obtain further handling in accordance with applicable procedures and rules.

8. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

8.1 Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Condition of the Usage of Passpod, all product purchases in Passpod cannot changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to other person/party.

8.2 By make a booking or purchase the products in Passpod, you are deemed to have understood, accepted, and approved the terms and condition of cancellation, as well as any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Vendor.

8.3 We are not responsible or bear your losses in terms of we cannot provide the products or services to you, caused by the things that occur because of force majeure or outside our control or our Vendor to control, such as but not limited to: war, riots, terrorists, industrial disputes, government actions, natural disaster, fire or floods, extreme weather, and so forth.

9. WIFI MODEM REPLACEMENT COST

You are solely responsible for any loss or damage of devices during the wifi rental period. In case of loss or damage of any device, a deposit of Rp500.000 will be withheld. In that case below is the fine fee must be paid:

You are deemed to agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or in any way relate to the Website and/or these Terms and Condition shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
