If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight's arrival Important: Call the contact number listed on your voucher if you cannot locate the driver or experiencing any delays If you are not present or unable to be contacted, you will be considered no-show and no refund will be given Hotel Pick Up Information Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes. If you do not show up, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued Important: This charter service is limited to zone 1 only. Additional surcharge will be applicable for pick up, drop off, or traveling from one selected zone to another zone Zone 1: Mataram, Senggigi, Praya, Lembar Zone 2: Kuta, Selong Belanak, Pink Beach, Bangsal Zone 3: Sembalun, Gili Kondo, East Lombok, Kayangan Zone 4: Sendang Gile, Bayan, Senaru Sumbawa Island: Sumbawa, Dompu, Bima, Sape All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver Surcharge of IDR150,000 is applicable if your charter includes a pick up or drop off outside zone 1 or travel to other zones (e.g. if you travel to zone 2 and drop off at zone 3, you need to pay a surcharge of IDR300,000) Additional charge of overtime fee of IDR40,000 per hour for all MPVs (Toyota Avanza, Toyota Innova, Toyota Innova Reborn) and IDR 100,000 per hour for Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Alphard, Toyota HiAce (minivan) and buses
