Pick Up and Drop Off Airport Pick Up Information Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 150 minutes after your flight's arrival For pick up from Soekarno Hatta International (CGK) Airport or Halim Perdana Kusuma (HLP) Airport, please proceed to Arrival Gate or Airport Information Center If you are delayed longer than 2 hours and 30 minutes after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available Hotel Pick Up Information After booking, the operator will be in contact with you to reconfirm the pick up time and itinerary All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver If the tour ends after midnight, the overtime surcharge for the driver is IDR50,000 per hour An overtime surcharge of IDR100,000 per hour (within city limits) and IDR 150,000 per hour (outside city limits) will be incurred if your itinerary goes beyond designated time limit (10 hours usage) An additional surcharge of IDR150,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Bekasi and Tangerang (Soekarno Hatta International Airport) An additional of surcharge is IDR175,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Karawang, Serang, Purwakarta to be paid cash directly to the driver
